Laura explained to Lulu why she requested that the doctors not tell her family about the change in her condition. Sam reported to Lucky how she spotted Jerry with Karpov on the pier. Maxie hesitantly agreed to let Matt remove Spinelli's spleen. Jax advised Carly not to get involved with Karpov. Nikolas asked Johnny what Lulu really knew about Logan's death. Lucky cautioned Sam that focusing on Jerry could distract from their mission's main goal. Carly paid a visit to Lulu and wondered about her young cousin's chipper new attitude. Alarmed to hear Jax's news, Jerry warned his brother to keep Carly away from Karpov at all costs. Epiphany assured Maxie that her friend's operation was a complete success. Carlo considered applying special pressure to his daughter to force her to comply with Jonas' demands. Gigi and Rex were suddenly transported back to 2008, where she confirmed the fact that they shared a son. Though pleased to learn of his true connection to Shane, Rex berated Gigi for keeping him in the dark for so long. After subduing a palace guard, Antonio was happily reunited with Talia. John reported to Blair how a search of her ex-husband's house turned up nothing out of the ordinary. Meanwhile, Todd advised Tess not to "confuse" Marty with too much information about her past all at once. Blair finally removed her wedding ring. Gigi entreated Rex to understand why she turned to Brody after he left town years ago. Disguised as a butler and maid, Cris and Sarah eavesdropped on Carlo's conversation with Jonas.
